New! - Adam, A 90's Family Home

Hello Again!

One of my homes is now available for download through My Studio via the Sims 3 website.

Adam is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath traditional American home designed with the early 90's flare.  It is also CC Free and Store Content Free and requires only the Generations Expansion Pack.

A YouTube Showcase is available to watch, which contains more pictures of the lot.

Please feel free to download and recommend!

Thanks for your support and Happy Simming,

3 WIPs - One Coming Soon!

I have three builds I'm currently in the middle of - two are for me, for a story I'll be playing out in-game so I may even upload the households as options to play as well!

The house above is being built by request and will have a 90's style decor inside, so the interiors may not be up to snuff on everyone's taste.  But I still hope it'll be appealing to download and play for other Simmers.  It'll have 4 bedrooms/3 baths.

This is a small Gothic Revival home I'm building for my witch-sim and her cat: Kylee and Bingley.  It's only a one bedroom, one bath cottage, but has ample attic space for studying the dark arts! This one will be ready for uploading in a day or two, max.

The last is a mansion that I'm building for my legacy family - although I haven't played my legacy family in a long time I was thinking I'd kinda start from scratch and turn the family fortunes over to a distant relative NPC that's in my family bin and start playing her.  There's a catch, too!  The home will be haunted by my legacy's sire: Captain Tom Calico! There isn't a set time as to when this one will be finished, but I'm hoping before Halloween!

All these lots will be CC Free and the first home pictured, will only have Base Game and Generations items only.

Have a Happy Week!

New! Barton Cottage

Barton Cottage is a rustic but charming English country cottage loosely based off the home of the ladies Dashwood in the book (and movies) from Sense & Sensibility.

This home was built on 29 Ferry Lane in Barnacle Bay

A ridiculous amount of store content was used in this house so I will not post it here, however, should someone want it I can provide the list of content used.

Quick Notes:

• CC Free
• Contains Store Content
• Contains Free Store Items
• Requires WA, AMB, LN, Pets, Supernatual, OLS, FL, TL

I do have a video showcase for this home, it's just over a minute long and you can view it on YouTube. If you like the home, please take a moment to hit the Recommend button in My Studio.

Have a Great Weekend!

Summer Breeze - Now Available!

Hi All!
Long time no see, but I'm back for a second to show another house.

This one was built by request, but I lost contact with the individual who requested it so I decided to go ahead and upload it, although it's not complete.

There's a good start to the home that allows players to customize the home as they see fit.  And if the original person who requested this gets in contact with me and wants me to finish it, I gladly will. :)

This home is based off a floor plan from ICI Homes and features many options for growing families.

Here's the Quick-Specs to the house:

• 4 bedroom/4.5 bath
• Large Bonus Room
• Spacious floor plan for a family of 5+
• 2 car garage
• Office room with exra attached bathroom OR optional 5th bedroom
• Fully furnished Living, Dining, Kitchen and Family Rooms
• Bedrooms and bathrooms empty for personal customization
• Master Suite located on main floor
• 105,627 Simoleans
• Built on 2500 Pinochle Point in SV

Requires AMB, LN, PETS, ST

This home contains CC from many talented creators, namely the windows on the home are from Cyclonesue.  CC has been tested safe, the home has been play-tested as well.

Because of the amount of CC this is another home that is only available from MediaFire.

Happy Simming

Now Available - Trissino... And Coming Soon....

I have a new home to share, this one has been sitting for months in-game, waiting for me to finish it and I just don't think it'll get there. Life has been so hectic recently.

So, I figure, since it's partially furnished and most of the grunt work is done, others might enjoy the home and decorating the unfinished spots themselves.  It's namely the bedrooms and bathrooms that aren't complete.

So, I present you ....

Details:

• 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms
• 167,889 Simoleans
• Partially Furnished
• CC Free
• Contains Store Content
• Gym & Rec Room
• Ample outdoor space ready for customization
• Perfect for a large family

This home is available for download through MediaFire only, as The Exchange is acting up for me today.  Since it was only partially furnished, there is no YouTube video for it.

And here's a sneak peek at a home that will be available soon!

*This home will be unfurnished and CC Free*

Enjoy & Happy Simming!
