I have a new lot available for download; this house is an ultra modern home that features an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and a spacious bath.
This house was built for Sallymander, who requested the lot be built with Generations, Ambitions & Pets items only. Some store content was used in the making of this house. Items from the BahHaus & Surf, Sun & Sand sets were used.
Lastly, the Laddered Window was used in lieu of a similar-looking window available in the Late Nite EP.
3rd Party CC was also used with this house. Namely, 2 safe patterns and Cyclonesue's Cement Roof Trim which comes with the download.
Store content and custom content was kept to a minimum, all CC has been tested and is safe.
This home was only furnished enough with items to show the intention of the lay-out. So, basically I mean that just the kitchen and bathroom have cabinets, plumbing and appliances. There is no decoration. So feel free to customize the interiors however you see fit. :)
