Picture Spam Time!

Things are coming along great with my French-inspired build. I have the exterior complete, along with all the first floor decorated, painted and plumbed.

I am using some CC, more than my usual, so just a head's up to potential downloaders.  However, for those who hesitate, I will run the house through Delphy's Custard tool to make sure no other CC sneaks in to the house.  That way, you'll know it's safe, tested, and only the CC that I wanted to be included in the download.

The CC I'm using is mostly patterns and build items (i.e. windows, doors) but some furniture items will be included.

Okay, enough talk.  On to pictures!

A French Country Home (Coming Soon)

Hi, all you fabulous simmers!

Just a quick update on a new (and personally exciting) project I'm working on. :)  I was going to make this a surprise but I decided to go ahead and share it anyway.

This home is in the Country French style, features Mansard roofing, cassic shuttered windows, 2-story foyer and spacious rooms.

This home is being built for family-conscious simmers who love their big Sim families.  This house will have a nursery/children's room, 2 regular bedrooms and a master suite.

Check back for another update on this home as I plan to get flooring and walls (exterior and interior) painted.

My newest lot is available!

This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath traditional-American style home.  The main areas and bathrooms are already furnished and decorated, the bedrooms are left empty for customization.  I find that most people redecorate the bedrooms anyway, so it'd be easier for everyone to decorate the rooms as they need them :)

This house contains safe CC patterns that come with the download of the house.

However, I used the following items from Mod The Sims (MTS) that you will need to download in order for the home to appear as I intended.
