NEW! Villa Paraiso

A home originally available in Sims 3, from the Game Store, I reconstructed, designed and landscaped a sims 4 version.  Although I'm not totally happy that I couldn't do things more closely to the original house thanks to Sims 4's house building limitations I am ultimately happy with the end result.

As always, my homes are 3rd party CC FREE, cheat free (no moo/moveobjects cheat).  This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that's fully furnished, complete with #SpaDay items and a pool.

It's not the best picture in the world since I took it in build-mode, but the angle best shows some nice points of the house.

New Homes for Sims 4

I have four homes I've uploaded to Sims 4 since my last post, today I'll be sharing 2 of them due to some internet difficulties on my end.  You can find my creations under #peaches327 by searching the community in-game. (F4)

The first is "Traditional Starter" just a quickie-generic home that simmers can place that's budget friendly.  It comes partially furnished and the rooms are empty left for you to make your mark.

 There is no CC, and no build cheats (like moo) were used.


The second home is "Heritage (Unfurnished)" and comes completely unfurnished save for the bathrooms.  It has a fenced-in back yard and gardening area.  And all the landscaping is done.  Again, this home is ready for simmers to download and customize how they wish.

This home contains no CC as well, and no build cheats.

New! Transitional Tudor

New for download in Sims 4 is Transitional Tudor, a brick Tudor-styled home with transitional decor.  This is a family home and features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, ample outdoor space for barbecuing and a study.

There's no CC, and I didn't use MOO (moveobjects cheat) to achieve anything special.  You can download this home (or others) by following me in Sims 4 or finding my creations under #peaches327.

This home is a four bedroom, 2 bath house.  Two rooms are female-oriented, two are male-oriented.  The home has an open floor plan, and has ample outdoor entertainment space complete with a pool.

2 NEW Homes for Sims 4

Well, let me start off by saying that I've been so frustrated with Sims 3 that I've been playing around more with Sims 4 and although I still don't like the lack of customization and other aspects, at least I can upload creations.  For some reason, since the latest patch with Sims 3 I can't upload to the exchange.  I have a couple house there to share but I really don't want to upload to third party sites.

So, while getting used to how Sims 4 works (since for me it feels so foreign compared to Sims 3) I've built 2 new homes to share.

The first I uploaded yesterday called New Wave.  It's a modern 2 bedroom for the partying kind of sim who "magically" came up with a fortune to spend.  It's an open floor plan that spans three floors.  The top floor offers a loft.

 This home is around the 77,000 simolean mark. 

The one thing that I seemed to have forgotten to place (haha, I'm blonde) is a fridge but that's easily fixable.  I'd recommend placing a fridge where the trash can is and moving the trash can near the pantry cabinet.

The second house is a more modest home, built with a budget in mind and for a family of four.  I built it on the Bargain Bend lot and consequently forgot to change the name of the home before uploading.  So, you'll find my version of Bargain Bend in the Sims 4 Gallery.  

Bargain Bend is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with traditional design and is around 33,000 simoleans.  The master is on the main floor and the two kids rooms and additional full bathroom are on the second floor.

NEW! Solitto

A new Sims 4 home is available in the Gallery.

You can find it under #peaches327, called Solitto.

It's a modern home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.  Modern furnishings and ample entertaining space are the best points for the home.

I haven't really uploaded to Sims 4 (3 lots previously) so I may not have uploaded it the best way since times have changed and so has the way to upload. Apparently hashtagging in Sims 4 is a thing.
